Associated Student Government Asks For Student Feedback on Campus Issues

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Students at the University of Arkansas are being asked to voice their opinions on multiple campus issues from parking to programs as a part of the 2012-13 Student Poll, coordinated annually by the Associated Student Government. The results will help the ASG determine its agenda and decide how it allocates its resources in the future.

“The 2012-13 Student Poll is vitally important for ASG in order to understand where the student body stands, and guide the actions that will most benefit each and every student,” said Tori Pohlner, ASG president. “ASG’s ultimate mission is to be the voice of the students and the information provided through this poll will help us set the tone of our future conversations and actions. I hope all students will take a few minutes to weigh in.”

The survey includes 88 questions and should take 10 to 15 minutes to complete. Students have until midnight Feb. 18 to complete the survey.

Topics include:

  • Parking, transit and traffic
  • Campus services, events and programs
  • Arkansas Newswire
  • ASG initiatives
  • RSO programs
  • Other issues, including the debate concerning concealed handguns on campus.
