Michigan State University Professor to Discuss Teacher Incentive Pay

Scott Imberman, associate professor of economics at Michigan State University, will deliver a lecture Friday, Jan. 25, on the University of Arkansas campus titled “Empirical Implications of Teacher Incentive Pay System Design.”

Imberman will speak at noon in Room 343 of the Graduate Education Building. His lecture is part of the series sponsored by the department of education reform. The lecture is free and open to the public. Visit the lecture page to RSVP for lunch.

He and Michael F. Lovenheim recently published a paper titled “Incentive Strength and Teacher Productivity: Evidence from a Group-Based Teacher Incentive Pay System,” which can be found here.
