Take the Dark Out of the Night Time: Join Campus Lighting Tour

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The University of Arkansas Police Department will conduct its annual Campus Lighting Tour, starting at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 13. The purpose of the tour is to assess the lighting on campus for the nighttime safety of U of A faculty, staff, students, and visitors. All members of the campus community are invited to join, and the department is particularly interested in the opinions of women who regularly walk on campus or use campus facilities at night.

Everyone interested in taking part in this tour will meet at the Administrative Services Building at 155 S. Razorback Road. The group will divide into teams in order to cover the entire campus.

Snacks will be provided prior to the tour. Please RSVP to 575-7412 by Dec. 10.
