Students Take Honors at Technology and Engineering Education Competition

University of Arkansas faculty members Vinson Carter and Mike Daugherty accompanied eight technology and engineering education students to compete Nov. 8 and 9 in the South West Regional Technology and Engineering Education Collegiate Association competition at Pittsburg (Kan.) State University.

The students placed second in the TEECA Challenge, Live Communications and Robotics competitions. They also won third place in Problem Solving and Transportation Design. The students included Rani Bakhsh, Hunter Gullett, Jim Curry, Bayleigh Jones, Zac Hill, Sandra Sandoval, Vinson Carter, Tim Hanify and Dakotah Howard.
