The Arkansas Catalyst Newsletter to Be Resource for Campus Researchers
The research community will have easier access to the latest news on campus research through The Arkansas Catalyst, a new monthly newsletter from the university’s office of the vice provost for research and economic development.
The newsletter will feature the latest research and economic activities on the University of Arkansas campus and alert researchers to potential research opportunities.
“We want our faculty to be as well informed as possible about the research culture on our campus,” said Jim Rankin, vice provost for research and economic development. The newsletter will include features on university researchers, new research funding awards, faculty receiving patents and information on meetings, upcoming workshops and collaborative opportunities.
See the newsletter online or subscribe to the monthly newsletter by visiting the Arkansas Catalyst ListServ page.
“We hope The Arkansas Catalyst will be useful to the research community,” Rankin said. Anyone on campus who is interested in the research enterprise can subscribe.
The Arkansas Catalyst is produced monthly by staff in the office of university relations and is designed by Information Technology Services. People who have questions about the newsletter or suggestions for topics should contact the vice provost’s office at research@uark.edu or 479-575-2470.
