Study Abroad Scholarship for Pell Grant Students

There will be an informational meeting about the Gilman International Scholarship today, Sept. 12, from 4 to 5 p.m. in the Foreign Language Lab, Room 207, J.B. Hunt Transport Services Center for Academic Excellence.

This scholarship is open to undergraduates who are United States citizens, receiving a Federal Pell Grant at the time of application or during the term of study abroad, and participating in a study abroad program that is no less than four weeks.

Awards are generally $3,000 for a summer and $5,000 for a semester/year. Spring application deadline is Oct. 2.
