Stress and Change for Supervisors & Managers Seminar
On Tuesday, Sept. 4, from 9:30-11:30 a.m., a representative from the university's Employee Assistance Program will be on campus to give a seminar titled "Stress and Change for Supervisors & Managers."
This seminar will examine the four stages of change and strategies for dealing with those stages: denial, resistance, exploration/emergence and commitment. Supervisors and managers will be invited to look at self care and learning to manage their own stress as a way to begin to help employees manage their stress.
