Team Management Workshop

On Wednesday, Aug. 22, from 9:30-11:30 a.m., Sue Donohue Smith will be giving an employee development workshop on team management.

Over the past two decades, teams and team management have changed. There are global teams, virtual teams, process teams, business teams, executive teams and many more. Come learn about how managing teams has changed from a very traditional style to an exciting, cutting-edge part of the business world!
