Workshop: Facing Your Debt

On Friday, Aug. 17, the Arkansas Employee Assistance Program will present an employee development session on Facing Your Debt from 1- 3 p.m. in the Arkansas Union, Room 507-508. If you find that your debt continues to grow and you feel out of control, this is a training for you. This is also a helpful session on money management if you would like to learn some tips on how to better manage your money. The following topics will be discussed:

• Tracking your expenses as the first step towards money management
• Making a plan for who gets paid first
• Debt consolidation
• Debt triggers
• Reducing credit card debt
• Winning the credit card game
• Crafting a budget
