UARK Gmail Migration Complete

IT Services has completed the migration of mailboxes for students not enrolled in summer school to the new UARK Gmail. Mailboxes of students currently enrolled in summer school will be migrated to UARK Gmail after the completion of summer sessions.

IT Services is working to resolve issues with the UARK Gmail Mobile/IMAP password. Users migrated this week can currently only access UARK Gmail using their web browsers by going to http://email.uark.edu. IT Services expects that recently migrated users will be able to set UARK Gmail Mobile/IMAP passwords in a week. Users who opted into UARK Gmail prior to the migration are not affected by this issue.

To learn about the UARK Gmail Mobile/IMAP password, see http://its.uark.edu/passwords.html#uark_gmail. For UARK Gmail support or to report an issue, create a support request at http://askit.uark.edu.
