Time Management Workshop

Sue Smith, Associate Director of the Arkansas Union, will be giving a workshop at 9:00 AM this morning on time management. Sue will be discussing tips for scheduling your time along with the following things:
  • It’s your time - how do you want to spend it?
  • The average worker is interrupted every three minutes and five seconds
  • Six out of ten Americans said they take work home more than three times a week
  • It is now possible to do your job anywhere at any time - thanks to technology - we have become media multi-taskers
If you want freedom in your life, you have to schedule it. Come to this session to learn how to get control of your time and your life. This session will be held in the Arkansas Union, Room 403 (Multicultural Center). If you'd like to attend, please sign up online: http://hr.uark.edu/tcal.asp?EventID=2819.
