Eighty-six students from Fulbright College, Bumpers College, College of Engineering, College of Education and Health Professions and the Graduate School have graduated from the UA Career Development Center's Professional Development Institute.

The Professional Development Institute is a free program offered exclusively to all University of Arkansas students, from first-year students to graduate students. The institute is committed to enhancing students' professionalism and empowering students to present themselves successfully as candidates for employment or for graduate schools. The program consists of career-building workshops, easily accessible videos and individualized career coaching.

Students join the Professional Development Institute when they're ready to explore and create a career plan and to improve their professionalism. Click here for more information about PDI.

When a student completes the Professional Development Institute, they are honored with a certificate of completion, a letter of recognition from their college dean, and a gift. This year, graduates of the institute will receive a portfolio, a jump-drive or a pen set.
