ISIS Enhancements Coming Monday

On Monday, Feb. 6, administrative users will notice new system enhancements when they navigate in ISIS. Cascading menus with active breadcrumbs, a sortable main menu, and a list of recently viewed pages, will add to the ease and convenience of using the campus student information system.

A new sortable main menu and a cascading menu will replace the current left navigational menu currently in place for administrative users. This change will maximize the horizontal screen size creating a larger area in which to view pages. Helpful breadcrumbs at the top of the page will show each step of the navigation and allow faster movement between pages for all users.

The popular Favorites menu has also been enhanced; however, users should not be concerned about losing the bookmarks they have already set. All currently saved Favorites will transfer seamlessly to the new format. In addition, the updated Favorites will list recently viewed, or the last five pages accessed, making it convenient to navigate to a previously viewed page.

For a sneak peek of the upcoming ISIS navigation enhancements simply follow this link for the video or read the document. Please contact isishelp@uark.edu if you have any questions regarding these upcoming changes.
