ISIS to Unveil New System Enhancements

ISIS users will start out the new year with system enhancements that will make navigating in ISIS and ISIS Reporting even easier. On Feb. 6, users will be introduced to cascading menus with active "breadcrumbs," a sortable main menu, and a list of recently viewed pages, all adding to the convenience of using the campus student information system.

A new sortable main menu and a cascading menu will replace the left navigational menu currently in place for administrative users. This change will maximize the horizontal screen size creating a larger area in which to view pages. Helpful breadcrumbs that appear at the top of the page will show each step of the navigation and allow faster movement between pages for all users.

The popular Favorites menu has also been enhanced; however, users should not be concerned about losing the bookmarks they have already set. All currently saved Favorites will transfer seamlessly to the new format. In addition, the updated Favorites will list the recently viewed, or last five pages accessed, making it convenient to navigate to a previously viewed page.
