College Announces Classified Staff Award Winners

The College of Education and Health Professions announces the recipients of outstanding classified staff awards for the fall 2011 semester.

The winners were selected by a committee of non-classified staff, faculty and administrators:

  • Outstanding Service to Students: Hillary Palmer, accounting assistant, University Recreation
  • Outstanding Service to Faculty/Staff: Christy Wear, administrative specialist III, Department of Curriculum and Instruction
  • Outstanding Service to Faulty/Staff: Laurie Brigham, administrative specialist II, Department of Curriculum and Instruction
  • Outstanding Overall Performance: Jonah Kronenberger, computer support specialist I, Technology Services

The college's PEP (Professional/Personal Enhancement Program) committee manages the award process as well as providing many staff development opportunities throughout the year. The winners will be recognized at the college's annual meeting at the end of the spring semester, along with winners for the spring semester. The PEP committee traditionally hosts a breakfast for faculty and staff before the meeting.
