The University of Arkansas Bookstore is celebrating Halloween in a big way this year. Monday, Oct. 31 the Bookstore will host an all day pumpkin carving contest, with a $50 gift card for the winner. Just bring in your carved pumpkin during store hours (no carving at the Bookstore, please!)

At 2 p.m. the Bookstore will hold a costume contest, with $100, $50 and $25 gift cards for the top three costumes. Bring your friends, audience participation is encouraged.

As an extra bonus, anyone in a costume will get a 10 percent discount on select purchases, all day.

You can also stop by the P.M.C. table and pick up a free personalized Halloween postcard.
