IT Services Requests Users Limit SharePoint Activity
IT Services continues to work on returning all SharePoint sites to full functionality following a failed update last week. As a precaution, users are asked to keep SharePoint site activity, such as uploading, editing, or moving content, to a minimum until further notice. Limiting SharePoint activity allows technical staff to free up resources on the server to complete restores as quickly as possible.
IT Services requests that SharePoint users review their sites and check for missing content, files, or data. To report missing content, create an AskIT case at http://askit.uark.edu. Include SharePoint in the subject line, the URL of the SharePoint site, and a description of the problem. Report these issues by Oct. 5 or content could be permanently lost.Contacts
