IT Services Working to Resolve SharePoint Issues

Users reported problems accessing SharePoint sites and content after an update applied to the SharePoint server failed over the weekend. IT Services cancelled the failed update and restored from the server backup, but some sites did not restore successfully.

IT Services requests that SharePoint users review their sites and check for missing content, files or data. To report missing content, create an AskIT case at http://askit.uark.edu including SharePoint in the subject line, the URL of the SharePoint site, and a description of the problem. Report these issues as soon as possible as there is only a seven day window for restoring sites and content could be permanently lost.
