Razorbacks Launch Survey, Seek Fan Feedback

A survey designed to collect feedback from Razorback Foundation members and all University of Arkansas Athletics fans will be launched on Tuesday, Sept. 27. The survey is being initiated by Razorback Athletics, in conjunction with the Razorback Foundation.

The on-line survey will be conducted by CORE4 Research, an independent firm based in Fayetteville. Questions on the survey are designed to generate feedback on a variety of customer related items and programs including the recently completed Razorback Seat Value Plan (R.S.V.P.), the Razorback Foundation annual membership renewal process and ordering tickets through the Razorback ticket office.

“I want to strongly encourage Razorback Foundation members and fans to take part in this important survey,” Vice Chancellor and Director of Athletics Jeff Long said. “We want to hear from you on some of the ways we can help serve our Foundation members and fans more effectively. Thank you in advance for your participation. We are grateful for your continued support of our program, including the more than 460 student-athletes who proudly represent the University of Arkansas and the entire Razorback Nation.”

On Tuesday, an e-mail with a link to the survey will be sent by CORE4 Research to all Razorback Foundation members who currently have registered their e-mail address with the Razorback Foundation. Those members without an e-mail address on file will be mailed a copy of the survey with a return postage paid envelope.

Razorback fans who are not currently members of the Razorback Foundation, may access the survey by visiting the CORE4 website (c4research.com) or by clicking on a link available at ArkansasRazorbacks.com.

Deadline for survey submissions is Tuesday, Oct. 11. Those participating in the survey will have the opportunity to be eligible for a random drawing for a pair of tickets and a scholarship parking pass to a 2011 Razorback football home game. One winner will be drawn for the South Carolina (Nov. 5) and Tennessee (Nov. 12) games in Fayetteville and for the Mississippi State (Nov. 19) game in Little Rock.
