Online Course Evaluation System Fully Implemented Fall 2011

The University of Arkansas pilot tested an online course evaluation system during the spring and summer 2011 session, and will fully implement the system this fall. CourseEval is the software being used for the online evaluation system. The new system will replace the previous paper/pencil approach.

A PDF of the fall schedule for faculty and student implementation and feedback is available at http://provost.uark.edu/FacultySchedule_CoursEval.pdf and can be found in the future at http://provost.uark.edu/.

Additionally, a video detailing how faculty use the new CourseEval online system is available
at http://provost.uark.edu/CoursEval.mp4. The video is 16 minutes long and details how the system operates and how to interpret the results. This reference tool can be fast-forwarded, if needed, to find answers to specific questions.

Faculty are reminded to continuously encourage their students to participate in the online course evaluation.
