Break-in Spree Prompts UAPD Warning
The University of Arkansas Police Department is investigating break-ins to at least 12 vehicles parked in Lot 72 between 6:45 p.m. and 10:28 p.m. Monday, September 12, 2011. Damage to the vehicles includes smashed windows. GPS devices and other electronic devices were taken from the vehicles.
UAPD recommends students check their vehicles and remove valuables. If anyone has information regarding suspicious activities in parking lots or other areas on campus, please contact UAPD at 5-2222 from campus phones and from cell phones or off-campus 479-575-2222.
