Chemical Engineering Professor Appointed to Editorial Advisory Board

Jerry W. King, the Ansel & Virginia Condray Professor in the Ralph E. Martin department of chemical engineering, was recently appointed to the editorial advisory board of the American Oil Chemical Society's journal INFORM.

INFORM is the society's monthly journal covering both national and international topics on fats, oils, surfactants, detergents and related materials. Aside from contributing to the monthly features of the magazine, he recommends articles to be written by globally recognized leaders, developmental topics of interest to INFORM readership, book review, and reports from conferences throughout the world.

King also serves as an associate editor for society's Journal of the American Oil Chemists Society.
