Students may now apply for graduation in ISIS.

Students can now apply for graduation online in ISIS.  The Office of the Registrar, working in conjunction with the ISIS team and the academic colleges, has developed this option which allows students who meet certain criteria to log into ISIS and apply for graduation through their Student Center. Students will also register their commencement participation through this online process.

“We are excited about this new feature because it makes applying to graduate more convenient for students and contributes to the university’s sustainability initiatives by removing paper out of the process,” said Dave Dawson, associate vice provost for Enrollment Services and registrar.

“I am extremely proud of the work involved to get this project completed so our students can start using this new feature in ISIS. We are constantly looking for ways to make ISIS work better for our campus community and I think this is a good example of those efforts,” Dawson said.

Students must meet one of the following criteria to be eligible to apply for graduation online:

  1. Undergraduate student with 85 or more earned hours.
Note: Walton College of Business undergraduates must contact the Undergraduate Programs Office at 575-4622, WCOB 328, prior to applying to graduate.
  2. Graduate student with one completed semester.
  3. Law student with 60 or more earned hours.

Complete instructions for applying to graduate online can be found at the registrar's website

The deadline for students to apply to graduate for the fall 2011 term is Oct. 1.
