Housing seeks volunteers for Fall 2011 move-in

University Housing is looking for some great volunteers to assist with Move-In this year. It's hot work but great fun greeting our students as they move into their University of Arkansas home.

How can I help?

Volunteers can help in a variety of ways: directing traffic, unloading cars, moving resident items up to their rooms, handing out and collecting paperwork and, most importantly, welcoming our students to their University of Arkansas home.

When can I help?

Volunteers are needed for the following Move-In Days:

Sunday, August 14

Volunteers needed from 6:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Preferred volunteer shift times are from 6:30-9:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. but we are willing to work with the schedules of our volunteers. Primary volunteer location will be assisting the residents of the Maple Hill complex and the residents of Reid Hall. However, based on Move-In numbers for the other residence halls on that day, we may need to station volunteers at other locations on campus.
