M.A.T. Graduate Wins Teaching Award from International Association
Victor Dreier, a 2002 Master of Arts in Teaching graduate of the University of Arkansas, received the Teacher Excellence Award in March from the International Technology and Engineering Educators Association. Dreier teaches technology and engineering at Ramay Junior High School in Fayetteville.
The award is one of the highest honors given to technology education classroom teachers, according to a news release from the association, and is presented in recognition of each recipient’s outstanding contribution to the profession and to his or her students.
The Master of Arts in Teaching program is based in the College of Education and Health Professions.
