Benefactors and students of the anthropology department in Fulbright College

Students, benefactors, faculty and staff of the J. William Fulbright College of Arts and Sciences came together during a celebration of excellence and generosity. This annual tribute to outstanding students and extraordinary benefactors took place during a reception held Oct. 21 at University House and a luncheon held Oct. 22 in the Verizon Ballroom in the Arkansas Union.

Donors had the opportunity to learn more about the students benefiting from their contributions to scholarships and programs, and students were able to put a face with the name of their financial support.

At both events, the recent All-Steinway School enhancement of the Fulbright College music department was celebrated by piano selections performed by Fulbright College students. The luncheon concluded with an energy-filled performance by the Razorback Marching Band, and the more than 300 people who filled the ballroom zealously called the hogs.
