Flu Shots Available at Pat Walker Health Center

Pat Walker Health Center recommends that all members of the University of Arkansas community get the flu shot this year. This year's vaccine includes vaccination against the anticipated strain of flu as well as H1N1 — you get it all in one dose!

For students who have paid the health fee, the cost of the flu shot is $10, using your health fee for the cost of administering the immunization. For all other members of the University of Arkansas community, including spouses and partners, the cost is $20.

There is nothing like a flu shot to prevent aches, pain, coughing, fever, sneezing and general malaise that comes with the flu.

For your convenience, Pat Walker Health Center invites you to walk in Monday through Thursday 8-9 a.m. and Monday through Friday, 4-5 p.m., no appointment needed for this dose of prevention.

Get your flu shot now. We already have reports of the 2010 strain of the flu in our community.
