“Our programs use the nationally recognized business expertise of Walton College faculty combined with practical knowledge of industry leaders and others to create valuable programs with positive and lasting impact,” said Stiefer. “We never provide ‘off-the-shelf training’ to our participants, so each program is a unique experience. In fact, we have removed the word ‘training’ from our vocabulary and instead focus on education as our approach to development of individuals.”
