Learn 'Occupation-Specific' Spanish at Your Own Pace With Command Spanish e-Training Programs

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The University of Arkansas Global Campus now offers Command Spanish e-Training courses online for those seeking to improve their communication skills in the work environment or provide better service to persons in the Hispanic community. These one-of-a-kind programs are designed to be efficient, reliable and extremely effective. Participants may register online by visiting www.globalcampus.uark.edu, clicking on Online Courses and then Command Spanish.

Command Spanish e-Training, a trademarked program, provides Web-based Spanish language training courses that students can take whenever and wherever they want, because the courses are asynchronous (courses can be started on any day, at any hour) and non-instructor led, therefore eliminating the dependency on the availability of a teacher. All Command Spanish e-Training programs are based on Adult Education Principles.

Each Command Spanish e-Training program includes important cross-cultural information and tips relevant to the specific occupation or profession that is being targeted. These cross-cultural capsules are designed to eliminate or reduce misunderstandings in the workplace.

Spanish for School Teachers, Spanish for Financial Institutions, Spanish for Law Enforcement Officers, Spanish for Hospital Nurses, Spanish for Physicians, and Spanish for Construction Supervisors are just a few of the courses available online now. A complete listing may be found at www.globalcampus.uark.edu (Follow the Online Courses link.)
