The Comparative Literature and Cultural Studies Program invites you to an exciting event where faculty and graduate students will share how learning various languages & cultures, national literatures or literary genres is advancing their studies and expanding their job opportunities.

Join us between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. next Tuesday, Nov. 18, at the WLLC Digital Humanities Studio, J.B. Hunt Center 207, to enjoy delicious food and connect with others passionate about languages, cultures and critical thinking.

The Comparative Literature & Cultural Studies (CLCS) program provides advanced-level research training in comparative literature and cultural studies for students with previous education in various languages & cultures, national literatures or literary genres to earn either a master's or doctoral degree. Our program prepares students to perform critical analysis, engage in cross-cultural communication and develop international understanding, so they can become adaptable workers who excel in multicultural and intercultural competence. This preparation allows students to communicate complex ideas clearly and be at ease working and engaging with people in multiple cultural and linguistic contexts.

Here, with the support of committed faculty from different departments, you will design your own study plan to discover and awaken your intellectual talents.
