Volunteers Needed for Sleep Research

The Sleep and Stress Research Laboratory at the U of A is examining the link between sleep and stress in adults.

Who can participate?

•Adults 18 years old and older.

•Individuals with a current or past history of difficulty falling or staying asleep.

What will I be asked to do?

•Complete an online screener to be placed in our recruitment database.
