Sleep and Stress Research Laboratory Examining Link Between Sleep and Stress in Adults

The Sleep and Stress Research Laboratory is conducting a study to examine the link between sleep and stress in adults, and is seeking participants for the study.

Who can participate?

  • Adults 18-years-old and older.
  • Individuals with a current or past history of difficulty falling or staying asleep.

What will I be asked to do?

  • Complete an online screener to be placed in our recruitment database.
  • Provide consent to be contacted if you are eligible for any of our ongoing or future studies. You may opt out at any time by sending us an email.
