Untrained Males Needed for Protein Supplementation and Exercise Training Study
The U of A Exercise Science Research Center is seeking males between the ages of 35-55 years to participate in a research study evaluating the effects of protein supplementation on body composition, exercise performance, and free testosterone over a 12-week period.
Requirements for participation include:
- Males 35-55 years of age
- No resistance/weight training for minimum of 6 months prior to participation in study
- Ability to train for 3 days/week for 12 weeks
All participants will also receive a free water bottle and four bone density and body fat scans for their participation.
