Healthy Adults Needed for Nutrition Study
Men and women ages 21-45 are needed for a nutrition study examining the effects of sorghum bran polyphenols on fecal fermentation. Eligibility requirements include no antibiotic use for 6 months, and no gastrointestinal disease or conditions. Participation will include filling out questionnaires and providing one fresh fecal sample in a provided collection kit. Participants may withdraw at any time, and compensation will be available upon completion of the study.
