Beginning in fall 2017, UREC will expand and update its massage services. Prices have been decreased and an additional, more affordable student price has been added to better serve the UA community.

  • Student Members: $40 per hour
  • UREC Members: $45 per hour
  • Non-Members: $50 per hour

Massages will continue to be offered at both the HPER building and the Wellness Center on Garland. The UREC massage program will work to accommodate client needs and schedules as much as possible.

"My experience with UREC massage improves my physical and mental balance," said Leila Sadegh Beigi, a regular massage client. "I think massage offered by UREC is a healthy supplement that everyone should try."

All UREC massage therapists are experienced, licensed professionals who aim to assist clients as effectively as possible.

As the UREC massage program continues to expand, additional massage therapists will be available, allowing for more specialized offerings. When inquiring about massage, ask about these unique specialty offerings, as each massage therapist has a different set of acquired skills.

To schedule a massage, visit the UREC front desk on the second floor of the HPER building or call (479) 575-4646.

If you have a campus group interested in utilizing our traveling trainer chair massage service, please visit the UREC website at urec.uark.edu and click Massage for me details. This is a great way to offer wellness experiences to your staff, for a special event, or as a part of an wellness incentive program.
