The new IT Help Portal was released today, July 25, 2017.

The new IT Help Portal is now available at help.uark.edu! To find requests or report issues for specific services like email, software and more, browse the service catalog.

The IT Help Portal replaces AskIT, providing a more robust and user-friendly online tech support system for students, faculty and staff. New tickets will be created in the portal, but support agents can continue to work on existing tickets created at askit.uark.edu.

The IT Help Portal is the first part of a larger project to implement a campuswide IT service management (ITSM) tool that can ultimately provide everything from online tech support and asset management to a comprehensive knowledge base, change management and more.

Colleges and departments using AskIT-related sites that are not hosted at askit.uark.edu are not affected during the first phase of this project. To discuss future migration plans for your department's ticketing system, contact Stacy Crotser.
