Piece by Piece Therapy Group

The U of A Psychological Clinic is offering group psychotherapy for adults seeking services for trauma-related concerns. If you have experienced assault, abuse or neglect at some point in your life and are having related problems now, such as flashbacks, strained relationships or issues with trust, anger or sadness - then this group may be for you.

The group will meet for 2 hours for 12 consecutive weeks, with separate groups offered for males and females. In the group, you will learn what trauma is, how people respond it to, share your stories of trauma and work on how to start healing from it.

The next group will take place Thursdays from 2-4 p.m. beginning July 6. Prior to the start of group, an intake appointment must be completed to determine if the group would be a good fit for you.

To set up an intake appointment, or obtain additional information about this group, please call the Psychological Clinic at 479-575-4258.
