This fall, technology help will be available in the heart of campus with the relocation of the primary IT Help Desk from the Administrative Services Building to the new Tech Spot HQ in the Arkansas Union computer lab.

"For too long, our Help Desk has been inconvenient for our students. With this relocation and renovation, we're taking another stride to improve the student experience here at the University of Arkansas" said Chris Butler, director of communications for IT Services.

Renovations will begin in late June to prepare the new Tech Spot HQ where the Quiet Room is currently located. After this is complete, the entrance area of the computer lab will also be renovated, providing a more student-focused space for quick access to technology and support.

Looking for tech? Find the red Tech Spot in the Arkansas Union, Northwest Quad, J.B. Hunt and other campus locations for anything from printers and computers to charging stations and tech support.

IT Help Desk (479-575-2905) phone and chat support is now available on Saturdays in addition to normal hours. Students and faculty can also call or chat with the Blackboard Learn Help Desk (479-575-6804) for online learning support.
