Free Screening of 'Greater' April 22 at Janelle Y. Hembree Alumni House
Join the Arkansas Alumni Association for a free screening of Greater at 2 p.m. April 22 at the Janelle Y. Hembree Alumni House.
The film portrays the story of former Razorback Football player Brandon Burlsworth. After being told he wouldn't make the cut in college football, Burlsworth became one of the greatest and most respected walk-ons in the program's history. Following his passing, his family established the Burlsworth Foundation, which continues to give underprivileged children the experience of a Razorback football game every year.
Following the screening, stick around to hear from key figures involved in the movie's production. Vickie and Marty Burlsworth, Coach Tommy Tice and David Hunt will participate in a special panel discussion.
Hot dogs, beverages and chips are complimentary. Parking is available in Lot 76, Lot 44 (The Pit) and the guest lot of the Alumni House.
RSVP for the event here by Wednesday, April 19.
