Walton Study Abroad Photo Contest 1st Place Winners

The Walton Global Engagement Office has just finished the second annual Instagram Photo Contest for students who studied abroad in the past year. Congratulations to our winners in each cateogy:

#Cultures: Emma Varela

#LocalPeople: Emma Varela

#Places: Christopher Kucera

#Historic: Hayden Coussen

#HogsAbroad: Andy Bingham

Students' submissions were posted on the Walton Study Abroad Instagram page (@Walton_StudyAbroad) for students to vote on. The pictures with the most likes in each category moved on to the final round. A panel of faculty members voted on the top three photos from each category to determine the winners. The first place winners received a flag from the country where they studied abroad. The finalists' pictures are up on the wall outside of WCOB 328.

Walton staff enjoyed seeing all the pictures taken by their students and can't wait to see next year's entries!
