Tomorrow's the Day to Go 'All In Again'

At 6 a.m. Wednesday morning, the University of Arkansas will celebrate its 146th birthday with the launch of "All in for Arkansas," the university's second annual global day of giving.

The birthday celebration and online fundraising event promises to be bigger and bolder this year and will run for 1,871 minutes in honor of the university's founding year of 1871. The event will conclude at 1:11 p.m. on Thursday, March 30.

Participation is key to the success of All in for Arkansas, and all faculty, staff and students are encouraged to join in the virtual birthday party. Numerous challenges and matches will be issued throughout the event to encourage gifts of all sizes.

For a sneak peek of all the fun, visit the All in for Arkansas website and follow the university's Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts for exciting updates and challenge alerts.

The campus community is also invited to attend tomorrow's in-person birthday bash in the Arkansas Union Mall. The party — complete with cake and a photo booth — will be hosted by the Student Alumni Association from 1-3 p.m. Remarks by Miss America 2017 Savvy Shields will begin at 1:30 p.m.
