Rosen Named Associate Editor of Journal of Management

Chris Rosen

Christopher C. Rosen, a professor in the management department of the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas, has been named associate editor for the Journal of Management.

"The Journal of Management is one of the premier journals in the field," said Vikas Anand, chair of the Department of Management and the Charles C. Fichtner Chair in Management. "This is a fantastic acknowledgement of the quality and quantity of Dr. Rosen's research."

Rosen earned a bachelor's degree in psychology and economics from Washington and Lee University, his M.A. degree in industrial/organizational psychology and human resource management from Appalachian State University and his Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Akron.

His research is broadly concerned with how work life experiences affect the well-being, attitudes and performance of organizational members. His research also has focused on methodological questions pertaining to the measurement and modeling of psychological constructs. His research has appeared in, among others, the Academy of Management Journal; Journal of Applied Psychology; Journal of Management; Journal of Organizational Behavior, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes; Organization Science, and Personnel Psychology

Rosen has been on the faculty at the Walton College since 2006.
