U of A Libraries to Host Research Data Management Workshop

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The University of Arkansas Libraries, Fayetteville, are hosting a research data management workshop on Tuesday, April 4, and Wednesday, April 5, 2017. 

On April 4, expert presenters will lead the full-day program “Building Your Research Data Management Toolkit: Integrating RDM into Your Liaison Work,” produced by the Association of College and Research Libraries. 

On April 5, U of A researchers from the sciences and social sciences will hold panel discussions about the challenges of managing data. The program on this second day will end at noon. Library and information professionals as well as ITS staff, research office administrators, and others who provide research support services will find this workshop valuable.     

Thanks to a generous grant from the Greater Western Library Alliance, U of A Libraries is pleased to offer this event at no charge to participants. (No registration fee!) But registration will be required. Additional information about registration, transportation, and hotel reservations will follow in subsequent announcements.
