Blackboard Learn Unavailable for About Two Hours Thursday, Oct. 27

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Blackboard Learn will not be available for two hours between 1 and 3 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 27. Blackboard will perform server maintenance during this time. This will not change the Blackboard Learn environment for users.

The University of Arkansas requested this maintenance to correct system issues that caused overall sluggishness in Blackboard Learn.  For example, some users experienced a lag in navigation and pages that loaded too slowly.

In general, contact the Blackboard Learn Help Desk at 479-575-6804 or bbhelp@uark.edu for assistance. The Help Desk is available Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Sunday from 6 to 11 p.m. Assistance is available in person at Gibson Annex Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
