The nomination deadline is extended to Oct. 27 for the Class of 2017 Seniors of Significance. The Arkansas Alumni Association has recognized outstanding achievements by members of the senior class for over 50 years and is excited to honor the newest class of exceptional students. In honor of the University's founding date of 1871, 71 outstanding graduating students will be selected. Nominations are currently being accepted from faculty, staff and students.

Selected students will be recognized at a ceremony and reception on Dec. 1, as well as receive a gold cord to wear at graduation.
