The Arkansas Quidditch Club will begin having open practice at the UREC Complex Fields on Thursdays 6-8 p.m. and Sundays 2-4 p.m. starting Aug. 25 for any Arkansas students interested in joining the team or just learning how to play the game.

Quidditch is a full-contact, co-ed sport with elements from rugby, basketball and dodgeball. It is played in over 20 countries and there are over 200 teams in the U.S. alone. The Arkansas Quidditch Club is a UREC Club Sport, and they compete against other collegiate teams across the nation.

Follow the team on twitter and like them on Facebook to stay updated about practice and events. If you have any questions, email razquidd@uark.edu.
