It's Officially the Last Minute

Procrastinators unite! The priority deadline for the fifth annual Red, White & True effort is today, so if you've been waiting till the last minute to make your impact, the time has come.

There are literally hundreds of ways to make a difference right here on the Hill.  And when you give back to the U of A in addition to the time, energy and enthusiasm you already give each day, it makes a powerful statement—that we're proud to work at this university and passionate about helping students succeed.

See for yourself in this short video.  After all the Selfless Selfie fun, we turned the camera around and asked U of A students to share why they're thankful for your support and generosity.  Take a moment to watch, then make your contribution today.

Participating is quick and easy.  Simply give or join online with a credit card or download a form for other options, including payroll deduction.  A gift of any size counts and can be directed to any college, department, scholarship or program that holds a special place in your heart.  And remember, annual membership in the Arkansas Alumni Association is just $25, and you don't have to be a U of A graduate to join—all faculty and staff are invited.

Want more last-minute impact ideas?  Perennial university-wide favorites include the Staff Senate Scholarship Fund, Full Circle Campus Food Pantry, Diversity initiatives, the University Libraries and KUAF.  If you're looking for a way to extend your impact from campus into the local community, you might also consider supporting the new Faulkner Performing Arts Center, Razorback Food Recovery, the Jean Tyson Child Development Study Center or the Autism Support Program.  And you can still double your impact when you support the Path Program, thanks to a matching gift challenge from Honors College Dean Emeritus Bob McMath and his wife, Linda.

If you've already made your contribution this year, thank you!  If not, all gifts made by April 24th will be included in the early results reveal during this year's extra-special celebration event, so please participate today and make a difference for the U of A!
