Moix describes Cox as "compassionate, encouraging, passionate, and personable." Cox is always ready and willing to help the American Marketing Association reach new heights and Miox says, "I couldn't think of anyone more deserving of this honor."

The Member of the Month is David Carballo Rojas of the Panamanian Student Organization. Rojas has been a member of the organization for two years and serves as Treasurer, Leader of Panamanian Immersion, and FNL Leader. Rojas was nominated by Mauricellis Diaz. Rojas has worked to collect the first membership fee for PSO. Diaz describes Rojas as "a team player and leader. His patience and commitment to PSO are what have made this organization very successful." Rojas also serves as a tutor for the Enhanced Learning Center.

The Event of the Month was the Chinese New Year Banquet hosted by Chinese Students and Scholars Association. This event took place on Feb. 21 in the Arkansas Union. There were over 350 students in attendance at the annual event which showcased Chinese culture to the University of Arkansas community. "This event is a huge success every year and many students look forward to celebrating Chinese New Year with the Chinese Student and Scholars Association," said Taylor Farr. "This event truly showcases the culture of Chinese New Year in a fun and inviting way for the student body to celebrate this holiday."

All members of the campus community are invited to nominate an advisor, event, or member of a registered student organization that deserves recognition.
